This past year MHMI began a collaborative "Food Support Program" (FSP) with a local women's group. This group feeds the community's indigent; hot meals are provided for needy families and homeless individuals as well as the delivery of personal gifts bags of food. Spread positivity and love in the community. Promote spiritual growth and unity through outreach programs.

At present, we have established relationships with every state prison chaplain in California. To this end, "free" books, "Sparkle Jems", authored by Rick Rinner, are provide as a part of our "Inmate Reading Encouragement Program" (IREP) in the State of California. IREP is a relationship based program meaning, we communicate with inmates through hand written letters and inmate visitation. Both parts of this program are very successful more than three thousand (3,000) books and letters were distributed over our past seventeen (17) year history.
